Throughout his career, he has equipped clergy, chaplains, healthcare professionals, congregational leaders, and community organizations with practical tools for effective leadership, compassionate care, and organizational development. His engaging presentation style blends professional expertise, storytelling, humor, and thoughtful reflection, allowing participants to navigate complex topics in ways that are accessible, relevant, and immediately applicable.

A Diplomate Supervisor with the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy (CPSP), Dr. Dixit trains and supervises chaplains, ministers, and pastoral counselors through Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE). He earned his Doctor of Ministry in Leadership Excellence from Wesley Theological Seminary, a master’s degree focused on youth ministry and family systems (La Sierra University), and a bachelor’s degree in Religion (Columbia Union College). In his supervisory role, he creates learning environments that balance accountability with encouragement, helping emerging leaders recognize their strengths, examine their limitations, and cultivate deep self-awareness.

A central pillar of Dr. Dixit’s work is executive and pastoral coaching. As a former Conference Ministerial Director, he served as a “pastor to the pastors,” providing administrative vision, professional development, and personal support across diverse congregations. He has specialized experience coaching pastors through complex institutional challenges by helping leaders strengthen communication, navigate congregational conflict, rebuild trust, and achieve measurable growth. Additionally, he has mentored dozens of new ministers along the ordination track, guiding their development in preaching, time management, emotional maturity, and denominational leadership.

As a seminar presenter, Dr. Dixit excels at translating theory into actionable strategy. Rather than delivering passive lectures, his sessions foster active engagement and honest conversation. He frequently leads workshops on emotional intelligence, family systems, caregiver stress, grief, resilience, and organizational culture. Whether presenting to a small executive team or a national conference, he brings warmth, credibility, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles.

Dr. Dixit’s multidisciplinary background spans hospice, palliative care, bereavement counseling, professional chaplaincy, healthcare leadership, and philanthropy. These diverse experiences give him a nuanced understanding of how individuals and institutions respond to crisis, loss, and systemic change.

He is also the author of several books on prayer, caregiving, and spiritual resilience, including the Prayer for the Journey series. At the heart of Dr. Dixit’s ministry is a commitment to cultivating emotionally grounded, ethically responsible leaders who are prepared to serve with courage, wisdom, and compassion.

A Path Toward Healthier Ministry

Pastors are human. They need support, reflection, and care just like the people they serve.
Whether a pastor is on a formal plan, recovering from burnout, or seeking a path toward healthier leadership, coaching can provide a structured way forward.
